I have come here a few times already and always had my food ready on time and fresh. My experience has been fantastic, and many thanks to Manju who works there and every time I have a niche request he helps me out every time! Get this man a pay raise, his customer service skills are impeccable and it makes me want to come here every time to have breakfast, because of Manju's impeccable reliability and hospitality that makes it worth it. I never had issues with the food and it's really nice.
I visited first time here, tea is sweeter but it taste really nice ,i like it. Service is fast. I really enjoyed.
The karak tea was refreshing, and the pistachio milk cake that I really liked. The atmosphere was also really nice, which made the whole experience even better!
Chaiiwala is my favourite place in cheetham hill. The food is amazing especially and the karak coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. Manju is a fantastic member of staff who is always ready to help with your order and always has a smile on his face. I visited yesterday your store at Cheetham Hill with my wife, my mother and one friend of mine. We all had a great time and tried different flavours including the new dates and banana cake. We felt very welcomed in a nice and cosy atmosphere. We loved how kind and helpful Sejal was. Well done for a great customer service with a genuine smile.
